SPECIAL APPEAL
Ribbon and Sequin are two sisters (on the right) who need to be adopted together, they have been with us since they were kittens and are now 12 months old. Unfortunately they are both shy cats and nervous around new people. Given time they will come close for a stroke, neither are aggressive, in fact the opposite! They can be very loving if someone had the patience to let them get use to a new home. Sequin just adores her sister and can’t stand to be parted from her so they do need to be rehomed together, they both have also had issues with their eyes in the past which could flare up again. So these are two very special ladies that need a loving and understanding new owner willing to take them on.

Finley / Sex: Male / Age: 2 years old / If it’s playful you’re after, Finley is your cat. He’s a pro at being mischievous and a bit of a character and is brilliant with other cats. We can’t imagine a better companion for an active household as he is great with dogs and children.

Dolly / Sex: Female / Age: TBC / Dolly is sadly another one of our long term cats that gets overlooked for adoption time and time again. She is ....

Tia / Sex: Female / Age: / Tia is another of our long term cats having been with the rescue for a while now, she is a pretty laid back girl once you get to know her with a few trust issues. She is a beautiful girl who could do with a home that is quiet and an owner with a bit of time and patience as she will be nervous of you initially. She gets on well with other cats and has to be an indoor cat.

Steve / Sex: Male / Age: TBC / Steve has been with us a long time and unfortunately is a very nervous cat, because of this he has never been chosen for a loving forever home. He needs someone who would be willing to give him time, a quiet home, and can understand the needs of a nervous cat. He would be great as a companion for someone with no kids or other pets.

Kia / Age: 2 years old / Sex: Female / This stunning little lady is a bit shy when you first meet her but when she starts to feel safe in your company she relaxes and lets you stroke her. The key to this lady's heart is through her stomach as she loves her food. She is great with other cats but an owner with no young children would be preferred. This is a special lady who needs someone who is willing to dedicate the time to allow her to get use to her surroundings as she will be nervous initially.

Zippy / Age: 6 years old / Sex: Female / This stunning little lady is a bit shy when you first meet her and needs a quiet home because of this. She needs someone who is willing to help her come out of her shell more, she loves head rubs and isn't a fussy eater (she really loves her food!). She has been with us for a while now and because she is nervous around strangers she gets overlooked for adoption. If you have a home with no dogs or children then Zippy would be an ideal companion, and once relaxed around you she will be the most loving pet.

Gusty / Age: 1 years old / Sex: Male / Gusty came to us with his mum Breeze and his brother Windy, both of which have been re-homed, leaving Gusty behind. He is an active young man who loves the company of other cats as he is very playful, he can be a bit unsure at times about strangers but he is making great progress and just needs someone who will be patient with him. As he is so young now would be an ideal time to adopt him if you have children but he would also do well in a household with just other pets.

Star / Age: 4 years old / Sex: Female / Star has been with us for 4 years now and again is another cat that is constantly overlooked as she is very nervous around strangers, however once she gets to know you she loves play time, and enjoys nothing more then when you make the time to play with her and her toys. She is not a 'lap-cat' but overtime in a peaceful home she will settle down and show her true loving personality.
FOSTER CATS
All of the cats below are initially looking for long term foster homes, with the aim that once settled and the careers are used to any medical treatments these cats need they would be willing to fully adopt them. If adoption isn’t suitable but you could foster we would still love to her from you as more then 50% of the cats that come into our care are ‘hard-to-home’ cats, due to personality issues, medical issues or sometimes purely because they are an unpopular colour. These cats are often ignored for adoption, or sometimes get returned to us multiple times before we find them a perfect match. Due to this we’ve labelled them foster only initially with the aim to successfully find them an owner that will love their little quirks as much as we do!
